OUR PROCESS

Initial Consultation & Design Agreement:
Unlike many interior design firms or workrooms, we do not charge an initial consultation fee. During this preliminary meeting, we discuss your vision, needs, and budget and the services we offer, as well as discuss the cost structure of our design services. If we decide to go forward, we will prepare an outline of the scope of work, materials involved, timeline and estimated budget. We will require an initial deposit (which will be applied to the final invoice), draft a design agreement and begin work.

Design Work:
Space planning, CAD drawings, overall design and lighting plans, color and style development, elevations, demolition, framing, plumbing, electrical, tile/flooring/cabinet/appliance specifications, fixtures, accessories, furnishings, collaboration with contractors and trade professionals, obtaining and sourcing fabrics, custom designing furniture pieces and other work may be involved.

Cost of Construction Materials and Furnishings:
Prices can vary widely depending on the choices we make for your project, we will provide quotes for products prior to purchase. We will discuss your overall budget during our initial consultation and will work to source and offer products that work within your parameters.

​One-Time Consultations/Home Staging Services:
We realize that not all projects need our full interior design services. Sometimes a single consultation is needed to resolve a design issue. We are happy to offer our design expertise and collaborate during a 2 hour, on-site consultation, for $350. Home staging services are determined on a per job basis.
